Jane Eyre Style

I saw the new Jane Eyre movie this weekend and loved it. It's one of my favorite stories, and the movie was gorgeous. Even though Jane is supposed to be plain in look and dress, I loved her "evening" look! I'm going to sew lace into a couple of my boatneck collar tops to mimic the look of her lace undershirt peeking out of the wide neckline of her best dress.

Greenhaus Designs jewelry to be featured at MoLAA!

Very exciting news!! The store manager at MoLAA, the Museum of Latin American Art in Long Beach, CA, asked to sell some of my jewelry in the store, but even better, she asked me to design some pieces for their upcoming Mexico: Expected: Unexpected exhibition, which opens February 20. I am SUPER EXCITED about this! I'm having a lot of fun making pieces for the show. Here's a sneak peek of a few of the custom made pieces:





I'm actually having a hard time not making too many pieces. Whatever doesn't end up in the store will end up in my Etsy shop. I'll post pictures from the opening and all the finished products as soon as they're ready. Pretty cool huh? :)
